11 months down…18 days to go….

Hi..
Greetings…
Eleven months down and just 18 days more and the curtain falls to end 2013.
The door will shut to 2013 and a new door will open to step into 2014.

Some questions we can ask ourselves~
What have we done for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this year?
His commission to us was,
Mark 16:15
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
He also said in
Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
How many lives have we touched and made a difference to?
Have we shared the gospel to those who have not heard about the saving grace of our Lord, this year?
How much have we grown spiritually?
Has our relationship with Jesus Christ our Saviour grown stronger? Do we know Him better than last year?
How much of our time, forgiveness, love, joy, laughter, money, material things, prayer and other good things have we sown in the Kingdom and the lives of others? (For we reap what we sow!)
His greatest commandment was,
Matthew 22:36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
How many of our new year resolutions have we fulfilled?
I think it’s good we took a stock of our life today.
Then we can step into new year with a new vision and get ready to do all that we can for our Lord Jesus Christ, His Kingdom, our family, friends and for those who still need to hear the Word of God!
So in the next few days let’s…..
At least share the GOOD NEWS to one person who does not know Jesus. How will they know if we don’t tell them?
Sow our time, love, prayer for the Kingdom’s extension and in the lives of people who are dear to us, for the lost and for the Nations!
Get closer to God by spending more time reading HIS WORD, meditating on it, in prayer and listening to HIS voice.
Take time off everything to sit at HIS feet and receive strength and anointing to step into a new year. A 3 days of fasting (partial or total) and prayer is a good idea!
Let’s let go of things  of the world that hold on to us and slow us down in our spiritual walk.
Let’s visit the people we promised we would but never made it.
Let’s forgive the people who hurt us and forget all that upset us. Let’s try to get right with anybody we have problem relating too, even if that person doesn’t want to forgive and forget, let’s just release all ill feelings and love them, if they still hold bitterness against us let’s not worry about it but walk in freedom.
Luke 6:28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
Let’s try to complete a part of our pending  new year resolutions (If we had made any!!) the rest we can carry it on to the next years list (if we want to!!).
Let’s give quality time to do the Lord’s work, for family and friends.
If the Lord had been urging us to do something and we’ve been putting it off..LET’S DO IT NOW!
The time to stand up for our Lord and Savior JESUS/ YESHUA is NOW.
We have just a short opportunity to witness for CHRIST and live for HIM.
If ever you ought to read the BIBLE, meditate on HIS word, FAST, pray and win souls….it has to be NOW!!
Come on…let’s get going!
Let’s be obedient to HIS Voice if we hear it!
Hebrews 3:15As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.”
Heb:3: 7-8: ‘So, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion,  during the time of testing in the desert.”
Let’s ask God to break us, remake us and use us for His Glory
Be Blessed
Julia

Let us pray…

da669-0-esther

Prayer sure is a heart to heart communication with God!

Our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, sure is strengthened by frequent conversations with Him!

Even if our prayers are long or short, loud or soft whispers, God listens!

Even being silent in His presence or tears shed at His feet are prayers too!

Let us not miss talking to our Lord and Savior this day!

Let us pray..

Julia

Which door will you choose?

Hi family and friends…
It’s time to make this choice if there is anyone who reads this, has not made this choice as yet.
IN LIFE WE HAVE MANY CHOICES, BUT ETERNITY HAS ONLY TWO.
HEAVEN OR HELL…
Matthew 25:46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
WHICH ONE DO YOU CHOSE?

IN THIS WORLD THERE ARE MANY PATHS, BUT THERE ARE JUST 2 PATHS THAT LEAD TO ETERNITY.
NARROW OR BROAD…
Matthew 7: 13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”
WHICH ONE WILL YOU CHOSE?
There is just ONE WAY that leads to heaven.
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

If you have not made this choice, do it today.
Jesus Christ our Lord waits with outstretched arms to hold you and make you His own.
He is the one who will give rest to a burdened soul.
Jesus said..
Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Tomorrow may never be yours.
Choose Eternal life.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 5:24 “I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.
John 17:3 Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
Escape eternal condemnation and the place of torment by choosing Jesus Christ.
Romans 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Luke 16:23 In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side.Let’s beware…
Jude 1:4 For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality anddeny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.
God bless you..
Julie

So..let us rest our head in the pillow of Gods promises, leaving our cares and worries in His mighty hands.
Good Night…

Electronic Gadgets…are a blessing but…

Praise God for all the electronic gadgets. These gadgets are a blessing to us and reduces work time, makes communication easier and quicker, helps us learn a lot and literally brings the world into our home and hands.Electronic gadgets help us save time so that we have more time to read God’s Word, pray and serve Him and spend quality time with family,
Let us not allow these gadgets take over our mind, time, family and real friendships.
This can be dangerous…
It’s sad but true sometimes we are looking at our mobile or i-pads more than we look at God or our  loved ones..:(
It’s sad we can talk to on-line friends for hours but find it hard to take our eyes off the gadget to look at God or real people around. So often we miss what God and people say to us because our mind is on what we do on the gadget!
It’s sad we spend so much time surfing the net, watching TV and playing games that our prayer times, bible readings and family conversations are a quick affair…
Help us to set priorities right O Lord….!!
Have we ever wondered what the Television, internet, games on computers, mobiles, i-pads robbed from us?
Has it robbed our time, quiet time with God, family devotion, good reading, art of writing using paper and pen, Church attendance, visiting friends, entertaining friends at home, family time together, just laughing and talking?
Wholesome conversation, real friendships and relationships, playing with kids and reading them stories?
God gave us these gadgets to ease our work so that we have more time for Him and His word!
But addiction to a gadget like television, mobile, i-pad, laptops and allowing it to take too much of our precious time that we do not have time for God, family or people around us can be dangerous!
Yesterday is gone…
Tomorrow may never be ours..
Today..in fact this moment is all we have right now,
Let us give our best to God, our loved one, our job for the day we stand before God we will have to give an account to our creator, even for the time He gave us and how we used it.
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Let’s serve our Lord with gladness and enjoy our time with Him and family.
Have a blessed day,
LIGHT OF THE LORD'S EVERLASTING PRESENCE UPON by
Julia

Have you noticed?

Have you noticed this?
♥If a drop of rain falls on a lake or a puddle or stream; it mixes with it and looses it’s identity.
♥But if it falls on a lotus leaf or lotus, it shines, it stands out!

 This made me think…
♥The water drop is the same, but it’s company makes a difference!

Let’s stand out and shine for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The world has to recognize who we are connected to.
We may be weak, helpless but when on CHRIST THE SOLID ROCK WE STAND, all that’s HIS IS OURS. HE BECOMES OUR STRENGTH, HE TAKES OVER and NOW IT’S NOT US BUT CHRIST WHO LIVES IN US!
When our life is build on the rock, nothing will move us. We can stand up as strong witnesses for our Lord in this dark world.
▓▒░☆Matthew 7:24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.
♥Let people take note of who we believe in!!
Let our lives reflect our the One who lives in us and let us stand out and shine for Him!
Be Blessed!!!
