My Testimony of healing!

Hi family and friends,
God’s Word says in Revelation 12:11
They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

Life is not a bed of roses. We all go through times of pain, tears, loss, etc, but our God sure can turn these situations for our good.
We go through testing times so that we can testify of God’s goodness in our lives.
In April 2012 I started suddenly getting pain in my lower back, it slowly increased with passing months, I found it hard to sit for more than 10-15 mins, even walking 15 mins would send shooting pain above my knees and back. There was a slight bulge in my lower back.
Then in July went to see an Orthopedic doctor who checked my back and said there seemed to be a problem in the lower 3rd and 4th vertebrae, and said these 2 vertebrae had bulged out because it had degenerated and advised me to get an MRI done. When I  got the report doctor looked at it and said, ” This is a Degenerative disc problem, it is a spinal condition caused by the breakdown of your inter vertebral discs. The gel in the discs between the lower 3rd and lower 4th vertebrae has dried up and now these vertebrae are like dead and when you move the nerve gets pinched between these vertebrae and strains the spinal cord and this is causing the pain. Now you have to make life style changes. You have to take care otherwise surgery will be the option after a couple of years.”
(as he’s saying this, I am saying in my mind..”No Lord it’s not dead.”)
And then he gave me a list of things to do and not to do like…
1) No sitting on one position for more than 20 mins.
2) No lifting weights..
3) Wear a belt at all times.
4) Go to a physiotherapist for a month and learn some back strengthening exercises and do it daily,
and the list went on..:)
That night the Lord reminded me of Ezekiel 37: 4 Then He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”
And then the choice was before me, “Whose report do I choose to believe?”
I was doing my exercises daily, following the doctor’s advise and holding on to God’s Word and believing.
But the pain kept coming now and then.
Then in October I decided to go to Coimbatore for 3 weeks, where my sister is a doctor and take some rest at her place.
It’s said, when we are down and in pain and if in our heart we are in communion with God, He will send His encouragement in unusual ways.
In Coimbatore one night when I was resting on the couch, I heard
this powerful song on the television. It’s a tamil song but do listen!
The singer was Gersson Edinbaro, singing Ezekiel 37, suddenly these words came out alive to me even as he sang “Pesu, Pesu (Speak, speak)speak life, speak God’s word, His power,
these are days when dry bones will come together, weak knees will be strengthened,
the crooked will be made straight, rough paths will be leveled.
So speak, speak nerves will be formed, bones will come together and flesh will be formed. And with the breath and Word of God life will come within you.”
Just as I was listening to the words of this songs, felt God’s power and it encouraged me to speak God’s word (Ezekiel 37:1 to 10) into my physical condition and I was back in Mumbai in November and it was in January ’13 I realized slowly but surely, healing had come to my bones as I had stopped wearing my belt since December and was hardly doing my exercises.
So I thanked God I was with out pain for nearly 2 months now. The pain was gone but the slight bulge in the lower back remained.
On Sunday January 27th, I shared this testimony to few of our sisters in Church.
Monday 28th went for a night prayer and the next morning(29th, Tuesday) got a drop till a toll naka close to our place around 5.30 AM.
From there I took a rick home. The auto was going on high speed hit on something, there was a huge jerk, I was thrown up on my seat and when landed on the seat I felt my spinal cord literally shake and started getting a severe pain in my lower back and I thought, “If only I had worn my belt…”
Then I said..”No Lord this cannot happen…I don’t want this pain again.”
I got home did not tell anyone anything, after kids and Leslie left for work, I was lying in bed crying and telling God…”Lord You had healed me, now if the enemy had meant this for my bad, turn this for my good Lord, just don’t want this pain Lord.”
I was listening to this above song and claiming God’s Word.
The next morning when I got up there was no pain.
I just stood up rubbed my lower back I was shocked I could not feel that bulge! God had set right my 2 vertebrae.
What doctors said was impossible, God made it possible Glory be to our God on High!
I thank God for all who prayed for me and encourage me.
Philippians 1:3, “I thank my God every time I remember you.”
God is good! All Glory be to Him alone!
There is power in the Word of God!
Be blessed.

He is our everything!

When in our times of deepest need, distress and pain let us lift up our eyes unto the hills from where comes our help!
Let’s put our trust and hope in Him alone!
For those who believe in Him will never be put to shame!
Proverbs 29:25, “…….whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.”
Isaiah 49:23, “……… those who hope in me will not be disappointed.”
Psalm 31:24, “Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.”
Romans 10:11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”

Knowing relationship…

✿One may have an idea who Jesus Christ our Lord is from what they hear the world say He is!
One can form positive or negative opinions on Him from what they hear and read!
One may even know who He is!
✿But what’s really important is to personally know Him as our Lord and Savior and He should know us as His own!
✿If anyone does not enjoy this personal relationship with God it’s time to get to know Jesus Christ, The only Way, Truth and Life. We sure don’t want to hear Him say on that great day, “I do not know you”
•.¸¸.♥ Matthew 25:12 But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
•.¸¸.♥ Luke 13:24 “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able. 25 When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open for us,’ and He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’ 26 then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’ 27 But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’ 28 There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out. 29 They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God. 30 And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.”
✿The Pharisees knew the law so…well seen Jesus do miracles, heard Him preach but could not understand who He was.
•.¸¸.♥Luke 11:52 “Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter in yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered.” 53 And as He said these things to them,[a] the scribes and the began to assail Him vehemently, and to cross-examine Him about many things, 54 lying in wait for Him, and seeking to catch Him in something He might say, that they might accuse Him.
The More we read God’s Word (THE BIBLE)
The more we’ll love it’s Author.
The more we meditate on His Word…
The more we’ll know Him.
Let’s enjoy a knowing relationship with our Savior.

that I might not sin against you.
Knowing Him better everyday…

Little light can make a BIG difference….

Let’s not think that a little light cannot make any difference because there is so… much of darkness around.
Remember even one candle can light up a dark room.
A little light sure can make a BIG difference…
We can reflect “The Light of our life~Our Lord Jesus Christ” so that others see our Savior and are drawn to HIM through the “little things” we do and say.
Matthew 5:16
In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
Let’s God’s Light shine on your face this day.
Psalm 4:6
Many are asking, “Who can show us any good?” Let the light of your face shine upon us, O LORD.
Isaiah 60:1
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.
God Bless You!

This is another favorite scripture of mine!
PSALM 42:1 “As a deer pants for streams of water, my soul pants(longs) for you O God.”
As a deer’s life depends on water, so our lives have to depend on God. And God will speak to those who take time to listen to Him.
He confides in those who fear Him.
Psalm 25:14
The LORD confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them.
Let’s not get too busy that we fail to spend time with our Lord.
When we go into our prayer closet…let’s forget about ourselves and things around us.
Let’s love Him, Praise Him, Worship Him,
Let’s empty ourselves and crucify our desires and plans.
Let’s thirst for HIS anointing, hunger to know HIM better everyday.
Then we will be surely refreshed in our spirit…
And then we need to quieten ourselves in His Presence…and let God minister to us.
Being still in His presence
Let’s have a blessed time at the Lord’s presence today…
Read His Word, Meditate on it, Praise him, talk to Him and let’s not forget to listen to what our Lord Jesus Christ has to tell us.
O how Jesus loves fellowship…God created man so that He could fellowship with Him and that’s why He enjoyed His walks with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. He talked with them daily.
PROVERBS 3:32 “He takes the upright into confidence.”
Let’s desire this intimate relationship with our Creator and Savior…
Be Blessed…

Scripture Reading –
Psalm 2:1-8 “Ask of me and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.”
( Psalm 2:8)

That is My truth to you. All you need to do in order to be mighty in the nations, is to “ask Me.”
But first you need a vision and a desire for the nations. Many of My children are very self-centered. They have no burden nor concern, nor love, nor interest in the nations. They live their lives around themselves and their immediate families.

But if you will be My true follower, you will see your neighbor through My eyes, and you will take pleasure in learning to know your generation, even though it is of another color or creed .
I love the nations. I put the bounds around them.

All the nations come from their forefather Noah (Genesis 10:32). And so, because Noah is your forefather also, you are related to all the nations. Abraham, who is your spiritual father, is the father of many nations (Genesis 17:4,5). So you are related also to many nations by the Spirit.
This is the day when no nations are afar off. Any one can be reached in a few hours. Every nation affects another nation. Something happening in the most remote nation will affect many lives in many nations in a few hours. Even small nations can shake kingdoms, e.g., Israel, Lebanon, Guyana, Nicaragua, Cuba, Vietnam, etc.

Lift up your eyes upon the nations. The treasures of Heaven are the beautiful people of the nations. I want to bring them in before the dreadful day of the outpouring of My wrath. Some of these small nations will cease to exist after the judgment of My wrath, as recorded in the Book of Revelation. So go to them now. Pray for them now. Ask Me to give you the treasures of the nations.

They can be your possessions – if you so desire.

The nations are as the colors of the rainbow. Claim them as your own. Be adorn ed by the gemstones of the nations. You can have all that your heart desires: the mountains of Switzerland, the canals of Holland, thee Great Wall of China, the deserts of the Sahara, the alabaster cities of America, the paddy-fields of Taiwan, the oil wells of Arabia, the sheep folds of New Zealand, the coal mines of Wales, the castles of England, the fashion houses of France, the gemstones of India, the cattle ranches of Argentine and the gold of South Africa.

It’s all yours! Ask of Me, and I will give you the utter most parts of the earth for your possessions, and you will truly have a reason to praise Me.
